Doelen is affiliated with several quality control organisations, in order to give our customers the very best service possible.
We are certified by the SKTB (the Dutch foundation for coach quality control) and we are ISO 9001 certified. This certification entails that we meet high standards for safety and comfort for our coaches, driver skills, and strict adherence to laws and (social) regulations.
Covenant
Doelen Coach Service and the Dutch government agency ILT (formerly IVW) signed a covenant on the 17th of November 2010. Doelen Coach Service was the first coach company to sign this covenant. This covenant entails that a company is allowed to monitor the quality of their services themselves, which decreases the number of checks the ILT has to perform. This means that more time can be spent on improving other areas of the sector. This covenant can only be signed if a company meets very high quality standards for a time span of several years. On the 6th of November 2015, this covenant was extended for another 5 years.
