The Biesbosch is not only a national park, but also the largest freshwater tidal area in Europe. A landscape shaped by the tides for 600 years. Pure silence from nature in the rugged wilderness.

Accompanied by a Biesbosch guide, we’ll drive through the nature reserve, where we’ll learn about the flora and fauna found there. There’s plenty to see, from the protected osprey and the herd of Scottish Highland cattle to the beavers and their lodge. We’ll also have lunch at the 19th-century De Lachende Gans restaurant.
