We go to Schagen where the West Frisian Folklore is celebrated.
At 10:45 a.m., the colorful procession of people dressed in traditional West Frisian costumes will wind its way through the streets. Residents of Schagen and visitors, walking or riding in sjeezen and landauers pulled by magnificent horses. And all of this through the center of Schagen.
Every West Frisian Thursday is characterized by a specific daily program. Today is the day of "Traditional Costumes."
